We are delighted (and relieved) to welcome two new members to our team. They are both enthusiastic to join us and will be training up to facilitate our new patient classes starting in November. Welcome to Fiona and Susie!
Fiona Mackie is a talented artist and already runs art classes for the wonderful Jane Scarth House, a local charity which supports those affected by cancer.

Susie Boote was Head of Midwifery at The Princess Anne Hospital and then was on the PALS team at Southampton University Hospital Trust for several years before retiring. She is a very accomplished jewellery maker and has exhibited and sold her work in and around Romsey.

We are also delighted to be the recipients of a grant of £3,000 from the Edwina Mountbatten Trust which will cover all our expenses for the coming year. It never ceases to amaze me how generous local organisations are to us and we are extremely grateful for their support
With our strengthened team and financial security we are very confident to be able to say that we are in the best position ever going forward to offer our services to the local community. Our volunteer team continues to enthusiastically support the classes and it is always a pleasure to drop in on the sessions and see the calm, friendly and creative environment they create.
