If you have some spare time and would like to join our team of volunteers, we would very much like to meet you. We especially need volunteers to help with fundraising and arranging fundraising events. Please see below for some of the ways our volunteers provide essential support.

• Booking the venue(s) for classes

• Preparing the venue(s) and materials ready for classes and tidying up afterwards

• Experienced facilitators and other volunteers who run and assist during classes

• Making tea and coffee and supplying biscuits

• Preparing rotas

• Treasurer role

• Ensuring compliance with Charity Commission requirements

• Arranging meetings and note taking

• Correspondence on behalf of the charity

• Design, update and implementation of policies and procedures

• Website design and update

• Fundraising and arranging fundraising events

• Identifying potential sources and applying for funds from grant funding bodies

• Meeting with potential funders

• Exhibiting artwork and creating greetings cards from the artwork for sale​
