On a warm summer’s evening, volunteers from Prescription Art Test Valley gathered for a joyful pot luck supper to celebrate more than seven years of being a registered charity. Since its founding, the organisation has been dedicated to offering free art classes to local residents living with mild mental health challenges.
The evening was not only a celebration of the charity’s achievements but also a moment of heartfelt appreciation and farewell to Patricia Crates, who recently stepped down as treasurer after years of dedicated service. Her contributions were warmly acknowledged, and she leaves with the gratitude and best wishes of all involved.
Looking ahead, Prescription Art Test Valley is already planning its next series of creative workshops. Upcoming classes are expected to include pottery, collage, and painting inspired by the vibrant style of Picasso.
